The lock to our front door suddently failed to work. Rocks Locks were quick to respond, replaced the lock, were very tidy and very friendly. Excellent and we strongly recommend Rocks Locks.

Stuart came within 1 hour of my calling him after my wife and I found that the key got stuck in the lock of our French door and we were unable to lock it. He identified the problem as a faulty gearbox which he replaced. He identified the cause of the problem which was that the door had dropped slightly which he adjusted and then adjusted the other French door as well. His invoice was reasonable and we were very happy with the service. We would recommend him.

Having made a mess of trying to investigate the lock problem myself, I only made the problem worse. Stuart was able to attend quickly, was very prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and very tidy. He explained everything that I needed to know. My house is now secure. I would thoroughly recommend his company and I would definitely use him again.

SO IMPRESSED, Rocks Locks arrived a lot quicker than expected, quickly removed the key that had broken off, but also took time to look at the root of the problem which was the door dropping on one side. he adjusted the hinges and brackets on the door frame and now it shuts and locks so much better! Efficient and courteous service, highly recommended!
