Locked out. Stuart was able to gain entry. He also supplied and fitted new gear box for the front door. Stuart was very polite and prompt! He resolved the problem. I would highly recommend.

Gain entry to locked cupboard in antique sideboard. Key not working in lock. “Extremely efficient. Stuart came very quickly after we contacted him by phone. He knew exactly what to do and was courteous and quick. Owing to the construction of the cupboard it was not possible to take the lock off, but Stuart managed to get the key to work and had the door open in a matter of minutes. We were very impressed with every aspect of his work. Stuart had helped us on a previous occasion some years ago with a front door lock. He had been fast and efficient on that occasion too, and has obviously kept up his high standards.”

Broken lock on front door repaired. “He found the door was hung badly which caused the lock to stick. He re-hung it so it won't happen again. He replaced the barrel of the lock with one he had brought. The door is now better than ever.”
